I found inspiration in Ernst Haas' photography. One that really caught my attention was a photo of water. I chose this photo because I was interested in the way the water looked. The light in the photo showed the glistenning of the water, and the angle captured the ripples.

I wanted to take a photo that portrayed the look of clear water with rocks and leaves beneath the water. This is because, I liked the idea of Haas taking an everyday thing and presenting it in a creative way. My photo was presented in a creative way because I focused it on one part of the water so that the remaining space would be blurred out. I did this as my way to change my photo from my inspired photo.

To take my planned photo, I had to find a spot and gather materials. I took my photo at a park where there was a pond of water. Then, I found leaves and placed them in the water. I also moved rocks around so they would appear in the photo.
